Point of view of reality

Recently i had a telephonic conversation with my friend ...she seemed to be very disturbed and unhappy on what was going on with her life .....which she's usually not ...and as she was narrating to me ...i felt very sorry for her....she told me ''I am starting to feel that everything is drifting away from my life''.....I continued my conversation by consoling her and carefully listening to what she was saying,at least she can spill out her sorrow this way...I know i am not a professional in dealing with such issues ...and neither have i taken the liberty to solve everyone 's problems ....but deep within myself i thought i would share something.. ...that would make her feel good ..or at least distract her mind from her present situation ..... from a human perspective what i comprehend is that there are certain facts in our lives,the moment we start ignoring them by not incorporating them in our lives,these facts strike us back when we are down ...one of them according to me is having a purpose in one's life- A person with a purpose in this world always looks ahead to the future ....and will never be haunted by anything getting drifted away from one's life ...This person always thinks of long lasting consequences rather than temporary or momentary satisfactions.Always looking at things not from personal gains or selfish desires,but from the point of view of reality .The reality is making use of God given freedom by incorporating all the good things into our lives .... by having the dedication to achieve a good reputation ....to live with honor and dignity without any sense of humiliation ...not to deal others with suspicion and ill feeling ....not to betray anyone's trust or deceive others ....realise that the actions of this life are provisions for the Hereafter .... ..These simple things when practiced regularly ...will help us in achieving our inner happiness ...True state of happiness comes from 'being good' and 'doing good '.One should prepare zealously.
